How long have you been with the Foundation?
Six months.
What is on your list of professional responsibilities?
The main thing I do is to organize processes in the Fund's investment projects, set up and mentor teams as well as endlessly search for the best solutions for the fastest growth of the project. Since the Fund works in many different areas, I do not get bored without work. The most important thing here is that I enjoy doing it all.
Why did you choose this particular profession?
Marketing is an integral part of my life. Being directly involved in the growth of a project, promoting it on the World Wide Web and finding new opportunities is something that energizes and motivates me. The opportunity to connect with successful and cool people is a nice bonus for me.
What do you like most about your job?
I like communication and analytics as they are the key tools for affiliate marketing. You can only be successful if you understand the facts and trends behind the figures. I also like the opportunity to meet outstanding people.
Why do you love the Fund?
Because behind it there is a team of true experts. I also enjoy the opportunity to gain and share experience, an invaluable practice.
What is your role at the Fund?
I set up the Fund's investment project team, pass on my expertise to each participant and share my experience, all in the interest of achieving results as quickly as possible. We already have many successful cases and we can share them with each project. On the whole, this practice helps NetSolid Investments' projects to grow faster.
How did you get into the world of affiliate marketing?
I ended up here completely by accident. When I started, there were no specialized courses or schools yet. The only requirement for me as a candidate was knowledge of English. This was followed by half a year of sleepless nights where I was working hard to understand key marketing metrics, processes, and other stuff.
I came to NetSolid Investments with a certain knowledge base, which I put to good use. Being here, I continue to learn and improve my skills as well as share my experiences.
What aspects of your work inspire you?
It's my love for my field, as I really love my job. In general, I believe that the only thing that can inspire you is the business that you love.
What I enjoy the most in my job are communication and analytics.
Finally, I believe that analytics is the key to success because only by understanding the figures, you can achieve meaningful results.
How do you focus on your work processes?
When I get fed up and need a break, I just browse profile websites and read about the successes of people working in the niche. What is impressive is that in affiliate marketing, there are many young and ambitious people who are already successful.
Understanding that you can achieve more with more work is the best way to concentrate on what you do.
Do you believe in Ukrainian start-ups? Why?
There are so many talents around! And these are not just people who aspire to something and do something, but those who literally passionate about what they do. And I believe in start-ups launched by such people.
What are you dreaming about?
I do not dream, I set myself goals. And I'll tell you about the latter when I achieve them.
Well, then what are your plans for the next 5 years?
My plans are simple - to move on, learn and reach new professional heights.
What is your life credo?
It may seem trivial, but it really works: "never give up and whatever you do is for the best". And this is backed up by my life experience.
What was your dream as a child?
Oh, it's a long story. Most of all I wanted to be a prosecutor, and I even got a law degree. By the way, I have two degrees, the other being applied linguistics.
What's always in your fridge?
Yogurt and honey, are foods I adore.
What is your professional recipe for joy?
Appreciating every moment. Even when I'm in a bad mood, I can't stop thinking about the fact that we only get one life and we need to live it so that when we're old, we can say to ourselves "it wasn't all in vain".
What is your favourite music or artist?
Today I like Imagine Dragons. However, I used to listen to rap music. Though, who hasn't listened to that?
