An educator by training as a teacher of Spanish and world literature and teaching methodology. She also has a degree in Psychology.
She has worked in educational management in international organizations such as the British Council and the American Councils for International Education.
From 2019 to 2021 she was Human Resources Manager in a Ukrainian IT product company.
She is a Human Resources Business Partner in international IT services and IT consulting company.

Strives to build long-term relationships with everyone involved in the work process and create the best possible business and people experience. Courses and certificates:

Role in the Fund

As HR Business Partner, Yulia is responsible for the following:

Development of HR strategy.
Development and implementation of HR processes from scratch.
HR policy and procedures creation and implementation.
Development of employee incentive system.
HR budgeting and budget management.
HR process administration.
Talent management in line with the Foundation strategy.
Developing the NetSolid Investments brand as an employer.
Internal communications.

Yulia believes that people play a crucial role, and that’s why taking care of the team is equivalent to taking care of the company.

Personality

Outside of work, Yuliia enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and eating healthy foods. She also likes to travel, is interested in psychology and attends professional events. Yuliia plays the piano and takes vocal lessons. On weekends, she likes to try new recipes, especially desserts, and treat her family and neighbours.
