Yuliia heads the HR & Recruitment function at NetSolid Investments and is responsible for developing the people function at both the fund and portfolio company levels. She works directly with the fund’s leadership, CEOs, and founders, helping align business priorities with people, team, and management solutions.

Experience

She has 10+ years of experience in HR and People Management, including the last 4 years working in an investment environment with teams and businesses at different stages of development.

Role in the Fund

Yuliia’s main focus is building effective and scalable teams, managing people and organizational risks, organizational design, and management development. She helps businesses identify key people priorities and build HR solutions aligned with their goals and stage of development.

Another key area of her work is HR Business Partnership with NetSolid Investments’ portfolio companies. Working closely with CEOs and founders, Yuliia addresses people, management, and organizational challenges, helping build HR functions and management practices that support business growth and scaling.

Personality

Outside of work, Yuliia enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and eating healthy foods. She also likes to travel, is interested in psychology and attends professional events. Yuliia plays the piano and takes vocal lessons. On weekends, she likes to try new recipes, especially desserts, and treat her family and neighbours.

15 years in SEO. He helps portfolio companies to create and implement SEO strategies. He is responsible for evaluating potential deals in the SEO part, provides exchanging best SEO practices between portfolio companies

Head of Legal

Responsible for managing the legal function within the fund and portfolio companies. Ensures compliance with legal requirements and oversees all legal processes.

Maryna Siedova

Portfolio Manager

Responsible for collecting and analyzing data on portfolio projects, onboarding new projects into the partnership ecosystem, building trust-based relationships between the Fund and projects, and ensuring compliance with agreements and commitments.
