Role in the Fund
Karyna is responsible for the recruitment process in the Fund as well as building the recruitment framework in the portfolio companies.
  • Providing full cycle recruitment of IT and non-IT professionals to the Fund and its investment projects.
  • Embedding the recruitment process in the Fund’s start-up projects and assisting in the implementation of the recruitment process.
  • Advising and mentoring the recruitment team for start-up projects
