An educator by training as a teacher of Spanish and world literature and teaching methodology. She also has a degree in Psychology.
She has worked in educational management in international organizations such as the British Council and the American Councils for International Education.
From 2019 to 2021 she was Human Resources Manager in a Ukrainian IT product company.
She is a Human Resources Business Partner in international IT services and IT consulting company.

Role in the Fund

As HR Business Partner, Yulia is responsible for the following:

Development of HR strategy.
Development and implementation of HR processes from scratch.
HR policy and procedures creation and implementation.
Development of employee incentive system.
HR budgeting and budget management.
HR process administration.
Talent management in line with the Foundation strategy.
Developing the NetSolid Investments brand as an employer.
Internal communications.

Yulia believes that people play a crucial role, and that’s why taking care of the team is equivalent to taking care of the company.

Personality

Outside of work, Yuliia enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and eating healthy foods. She also likes to travel, is interested in psychology and attends professional events. Yuliia plays the piano and takes vocal lessons. On weekends, she likes to try new recipes, especially desserts, and treat her family and neighbours.

Andriy Tymoshenko

SEO Strategist

15 years in SEO. He helps portfolio companies to create and implement SEO strategies. He is responsible for evaluating potential deals in the SEO part, provides exchanging best SEO practices between portfolio companies

Daniel Parsai

Head of Legal

Responsible for managing the legal function within the fund and portfolio companies. Ensures compliance with legal requirements and oversees all legal processes.

Maryna Siedova

Portfolio Manager

Responsible for collecting and analyzing data on portfolio projects, onboarding new projects into the partnership ecosystem, building trust-based relationships between the Fund and projects, and ensuring compliance with agreements and commitments.

Glib Polyanovskyi

Investment Manager

Engages in attracting new projects and evaluating their compliance with the Fund’s investment strategy. Develops a partnership network through networking with other funds and participates in the process of selling projects from the portfolio.

Karyna Mykolenko

Recruitment Team Lead

Team recruitment and development specialist. Responsible for recruitment processes and building a recruiting structure of the Fund and portfolio companies

Viktoriia Karlinska

Head of Finance

Responsible for strategic and operational financial planning. Oversees the quality and speed of operational task execution on projects and performs final P&L checks after they are closed by financial specialists.

Dmytro Ryzhykh

Head of PMO

Responsible for setting and monitoring team goals in Jira, which includes creating and tracking tasks as well as assessing progress. He also establishes effective cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth cooperation and optimize processes between departments.
